We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Denver LED Direct. Please review our return policy below.

Returns for Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at 720-379-4679 or contact@denverleddirect.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional expense to you. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Returns for Non-Defective Items:

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item that is not defective. For non-defective returns, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made signs and poles are non-refundable.

  • Please verify order items and quantities before payment as no returns are allowed on special orders.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Denver LED Direct.

General Return Information:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For credit card purchases, the refund will appear on your credit card within 2-7 business days.

  • A fee of $35 will be charged for checks returned or with insufficient funds.

  • All returns are subject to verification system approval.
